UNLOCK YOUR STRENGTH
I believe the most important connection is the human connection and the single most important job we have is to build, cultivate, and nurture our relationships with each other. As women in the outdoor industry we can often become misaligned with who we are and with our values set. We drive for results but we hustle twice as hard. We are told to step into our power but are measured by our tone and our word. We want to be seen and heard for our abilities and experiences but we are judged for what we wear and for how we look.
While the playing field may be set I believe as a collective force we have the ability to create a new game through our connections, relationships, and courage. I will provide the tools you need to tap into your authentic power and realize your boldest aspirations. Contact me to start your journey and to begin to unearth what is rooted in you

GET TO KNOW ME
Ever since I can recall, I've been enamored with the great outdoors. My journey has taken me from the Green Mountains of Vermont to the vast expanse of the Rocky Mountains and the deserts in the West, and most recently, to the winding rivers of the northeast. Each location held its unique allure, beckoning me to be amidst its beauty. My love for the slopes began when I was just two, as I took my first skiing lessons at Cochran’s Ski Area in Vermont. My upbringing on our quaint farm in Jericho instilled in me values of hard work and dedication. These foundational experiences have played an instrumental role in shaping my identity and ethos. My mother, a reservoir of wisdom, instilled in me values of determination, resilience, empathy, and unwavering integrity. I leaned heavily on these principles during my alpine racing career, and even more so when I ventured west to immerse myself in the world of outdoor businesses and the skiing industry. That decisive relocation, along with subsequent experiences, kick-started a fulfilling 26-year career that continues to mold me.
Throughout my journey, I've fervently pursued operational excellence and advocated for cultural shifts within the ski and ride sector. Having successfully integrated 30 ski areas for major corporations, I now find myself at a crossroads, eager to champion the empowerment of women in the outdoor industry. My mission is to help them align with their core values and to aid companies in creating robust frameworks that foster this empowerment.
I've broken barriers along the way, being the "first female" in various capacities. Notably, I served as the inaugural female president of the Intermountain Ski Areas Association. More often than not, I've found myself as the only woman both on the field and in boardroom discussions. Although the landscape for women in the outdoor industry is gradually improving, there's still a considerable journey ahead. The discourse must continue, and the momentum must not wane. With the reservoir of experiences I've garnered, I believe I'm poised to pave the way for the next generation. My utmost desire is to assist and uplift the women who will carry the torch forward in this dynamic industry.
